Martha McCampbell
Martha grew up in Fountain City, TN, and pursued her education at Cleveland State Community College and the University of Tennessee. She developed a passion for real estate, obtaining her license in 1992, followed by her Broker’s license shortly thereafter. Throughout her career, she has contributed to various boards and volunteered for numerous organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, Keep Blount Beautiful, United Way, and the Blount Chamber.
After many years of focusing on residential real estate, assisting both sellers and buyers while guiding clients through the building process, Martha broadened her expertise to include the commercial sector. She has played a key role in several significant commercial transactions, such as representing clients in the Maryville Home Depot and Tractor Supply deals, and collaborating with numerous developers to secure land for their projects.
In her personal life, Martha enjoys traveling abroad and is committed to checking off destinations on her US travel bucket list. Her hobbies also include being a cat mom, gardening, home landscaping, and making frequent trips to the Smoky Mountains. Martha has always been passionate about helping her team members grow in the real estate industry and is excited to share her extensive knowledge with TPA.
